If you are an experienced freight forwarder and want to join our team, get in touch! We are looking for an international freight forwarder from anywhere in Poland. We are an established transport and forwarding company with experience on the international market. We focus on long-term cooperation, a partnership approach and real operational support. We provide stable conditions and room for independent work and growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring international and cabotage loads from your own customer base or freight exchanges (TIMOCOM, trans.eu)
- Organising and fully handling international transports
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers
- Negotiating rates and terms of cooperation
- Monitoring order execution and responding to day-to-day operational situations
- Ensuring the quality and punctuality of the transports carried out
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an international freight forwarder
- Knowledge of the transport market and the realities of freight forwarding
- Independence, good work organisation and a sense of responsibility
- Negotiation and customer-facing skills
- Command of a foreign language sufficient to communicate with customers
- Your own customer base
Nice to have
- Focus on a specific market, e.g. Germany, France, the United Kingdom or Spain
- Your own carrier base
